The University of the Algarve celebrated its partnership with Empowered Startups as yet another entrepreneur was invited to join the HQA program. This latest highly accomplished executive plans to launch a fintech startup that will leverage groundbreaking research done at the University of the Algarve. In 2019, the HQA program was made available at the University of the Algarve.
